I have 2 AMP accounts and I'm using them on 2 different computers. Everything has been working fine until you discontinued the Free Ser Pkg 3 with AMP. I paid $125 on March 24th which is to cover the charting fee for 6 months. I was assured by SC support that I can log in to BOTH my accounts like I have been in the past. I keep getting the message that my Services bal is too low to renew on the 2nd account.

What needs to be done so that I can trade the 2nd account on Computer 2? I'm paying double exchange fees in order to be able to do this.

You will continue to to login to both computers using the same Sierra Chart account - AC112949. Therefore, you do not need to worry about that other account.

You should have access to both of your AMP accounts when you do this. Please verify that this is the case by logging in on one computer with that Sierra Chart account and open a Trading DOM for a symbol. Make sure you are NOT in simulation mode and then look at the accounts that are available in the Trading Window, refer to the following:

Let us know if both accounts are listed there or not.

I logged out of the 2nd computer and re logged in using the AC112949.

It opened up and everything seems to be ok. The only thing is...In the drop down menu for selecting the account...On computer 1 it ONLY shows 112949 and on computer 2 it ONLY shows 131983. In other words, both accounts doesn't show up....which is ok. I'm just not sure if this is the way it's SUPPOSED to be.

The implication is that they are different CQG logins, but you already have them setup on each computer. That is fine.

You are now setup in a way that will work and that minimizes your costs. We will go through your other accounts and consolidate any Usage Time and funds into the one that you are now using.
