Market delta chart (cumulative delta bar volume) not displaying the AskV-BIdV values

Hi,

I have downloaded chartbooks from my adviser. I am not seeing the values for AskV- BIdV or cumulative delta bar volume by tick chart. please send me a link for the solution

The most likely reason for an issue is that the symbols that your adviser uses are different from what you use (different services). Open the Chartbook(s) and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to ensure that you have the correct symbols in the chart.

If you still have a problem, then we need more information on exactly what is happening and a screenshot would be helpful.

Hi

I did all that to switch symbols to current service. I have a blank TPO chart ( labeled NQ HVA) and a chart without data (labeled NQ Delta).

I have attached the screenshots to this message.

I did download the chartbook from my adviser and I tried it prior to connecting my CQG trading account. It was working like it should but only with delayed data. Now since I connected to CQG trading account I am getting real time data on other charts but these look blank without any data.

Let's take one item at a time. You will not have TPO Profile Charts unless you are on Service Package 5 or 11:

Regarding the AskV-BIdV values, open a new chart and add this study:
Bid Volume vs Ask Volume

You should see bars with that study representing the Bid Volume and Ask Volume.

Also fully re-download the data:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
