Select File >> Disconnect. Wait about 15 seconds and then select File >> Connect to Data Feed.

If that does not help, then we are going to be releasing a new version in about two hours which allows the Port number to be changed and we will want you to change the port number. We will report back in here when this is ready.

Update Sierra Chart by selecting "Help >> Download Prerelease".

After the installation is completed, then go to "Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings". You will see a new setting for the TransAct service named "Port". The default is 1869.

Set it to a different port number. Can be any port number. Preferably a greater number.

After this select "File >> Disconnect" and then select "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

We still have not received it. Please post it here so we can help you with the problem.

There is nothing private in the log. It would be best to restart Sierra Chart and select File >> Connect to Data Feed and then post it.
