Hi
I am currently on Service Pack 11 withe Denali feed.
When l replay DOM l only get the number 1 appearing in the volume - see attachment labelled pic1.png. This is what l did.
(a) I then loaded 300 days worth of data. See attachment pic2.png. Also on this screenshot l added the relevant futures symbol for the date l required.
(b) l then ran a replay for a particular date which falls within the specified number of days (300), see pic3.png.

I still get the same error message.
Please advise

According to your images, you were in the middle of the Replay when you made the changes. You definitely have the right idea in terms of making sure that the Trading DOM has the number of days loaded going back at least as far as the replay you want to run. But this is not something you can change in the middle of a replay.

Please stop the replay and try again. Make sure your Trading DOM is setup prior to starting the replay. Also make sure that you have the Market Depth data recorded for the time of the replay. Refer to the following:

Hi
I followed your instructions - please see screenshots . I get the same problem.
I only have a chart and DOM in this chartbook, both settings are the same.
When you said "Make sure your Trading DOM is setup prior to starting the replay." what do you exactly mean , l basically used the "use number of days"
And set it to 300, hit apply and then started the replay.
Please advise
Thanks in advance

In your pic6.png image you show that you have the Market Depth Historical Graph on your chart, but there is nothing displayed. This means that you do not have the Market Depth recorded. You need to have the Market Depth data for the time of the replay. Refer to the information at this link:
Replaying Charts: Replaying of Market Depth Data

Also refer to the following:

Hi
Firstly thanks for your prompt reply.

Reply: I did already change the setting l just sent you the wrong screenshot.
Please see pic9.png.
One step closer - see pic10.png, the chart starts from the specified date in the replay window but it is just
Stalls on the first bar(left it running for about 15 mins but nothing changed) and the "market depth window" doesn't show depth on the replay but it does show the different
Levels when not in replay mode if that helps.

Can you please take an image of the chart with the Market Depth Historical Graph turned on. Make sure the Input for Extend Last Known Depth is set to No and the Maximum Levels to Display is set to 0.

Hi
Please find requested attachments. Just for your reference the "Extend Last Known Depth" option was already set to No but the "Maximum Levels to Display"
option was 40 so l set to zero. Applied then disconnect and connect. I presume you wanted to see the chart when in replay mode ?

Please do not start the replay. Just put on the Market Depth Historical Graph so we can see what the recorded data looks like.

We only see very sparse Market Depth information prior to the most recent 12 hours. If there is no market depth data recorded for the time of the replay, then there is nothing that can be shown.

You can get historical market depth data back at least 15 days (you may be able to get 30 days, you would have to try). Refer to the information here:
Market Depth Historical Graph: Downloading Of Historical Market Depth Data

Hi
I don't quite understand. Are you saying that l cannot view DOM data for the period l am requesting . I only wanted to run the DOM for 2 particular dates in Sept 2020.

If you did not record the Market Depth data for those dates, then you will not see the data in the replay. It's as easy as that. And we do not store the historical market depth data back more than 180 days.

So when you put on the Market Depth Historical Graph, it shows you where you have data that has been recorded. Look back at the days you want to replay and see if you have the Market Depth data for those days.

In general, refer to the following:
