Is it possible to reference a value from one custom spreadsheet study to another custom spreadsheet study? Every time I try, I get the "Name?" error

You can't directly reference a cell in another spreadsheet file like you can in Excel.
However, the Spreadsheet Study study outputs its subgraphs which can be seen in the other two spreadsheet studies.

You can also use the Spreadsheet Formula study as an intermediary, where its formula references a subgraph and its output can be seen by a spreadsheet study.

Caution: you can get into a calculation precedence issue if there are crossing references.

Tom,

Thanks for the reply, "However, the Spreadsheet Study study outputs its subgraphs which can be seen in the other two spreadsheet studies." this does not work for me when having a spreadsheet study reference another spreadsheet study subgraph... If I use a "spreadsheet system for trading" then it allows me to reference the subgraphs.

This is true.
The Spreadsheet System for Trading study and the Spreadsheet System/Alert study can see the Spreadsheet Study study's output, but not the reverse. The Spreadsheet Study study cannot see either of the other two studies, nor another Spreadsheet Study study.

To get a Spreadsheet Study study to see a subgraph's output from another Spreadsheet Study study, use the Spreadsheet Formula study with a formula like this in its Formula field:
=ID5.SG1
where ID5 is the Spreadsheet Study study, and SG1 is its column K.

If one Spreadsheet Study study is cross-dependent with another Spreadsheet Study study, it could cause calculation precedent issues where the data won't update as expected.
