SC Forex Data issue

Since a few days (or maybe even longer) it takes significantly longer to open all my charts. It used to be rather quick - now i get "Waiting to Download Historical Data.." displayed in the charts for minutes.

Also it appears to lose connectivity more often than earlier - although i am not 100% that the problem is not my ISP. It used to be rock solid tho.

Did you change something on the servers, or is there a setting i can change locally?

I am using the latest build (1102).

What do you have the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings>>Intraday Data Storage Time Unit set to?

1 Tick. Although i didn't change that in ages.

If you do not need 1 Tick we recommend making it 1 or 2 seconds.

Let us know if you see any improvement with that setting or if the historical data downloads are still slow tomorrow.

I just closed and opened SC, and the process was as quick as it used to be(without changing any settings). Will keep an eye on it.
