Is there a study that will allow a manual trade to be automatically managed? I understand about the OCO function, but I am looking for something programmable that can adapt to price action.

Try the Trade Management by Study study. It can move an Attached Orders stop or target by following an MA, or a price offset, or a calculated price from the Spreadsheet Formula study, or from one of the spreadsheet studies.
