I've changed my time zone settings to PST yet it's still showing UTC on trade activity?

I even have the clock study that displays the time in Pacific Standard time and that matches with the current time on my computer. Only the time for my order fills (entries/exits) is still set to UTC.

You need to select Edit >> Refresh Log on the Trade Activity Log menu after changing the time zone.
