Want to change CME fee package and sierra chart package without being double charged

Hi, currently I have package 5 and the Denali feed separate for a total cost of 36+20 = 56. I see that you now have package 11 which is the same but for $46. I would like to switch to this next month. In addition, I would like to reduce my CME to the $10.40 CME GBLX with market depth package. I don't want to pay twice for the data feed so I want the new CME package to start on the 1st. Also the same is true for the sierra package and Denali feed. How do I time the changing of the package? I would like to switch to this next month. We are doing this automatically for you at the end of March. Nothing you need to do. I would like to reduce my CME to the $10.40 CME GBLX with market depth package. We canceled your existing exchange fee from renewing. So you can select the one you want in April.

Are you going to automatically change everyone on package 5 + Denali to package 11? I want this too, thanks.

Yes, all customers that are using the Denali Exchange Data Feed that have not already been moved to Package 10, 11, or 12 will be moved to the appropriate package and the separate Denali Exchange Data Feed Fee will be removed.

As far as I could see, you changed my package 5 to 11. The package ended in June. Because unfortunately no 12 month prepayment is offered anymore, I would like to pay for 6 months in advance in the future. Do I have to do something and if so when? Many thanks |

nicktrader: You just need to go to the following link and change your selected package to the 6 month option (so Package 11 for 6 months), and then select the Update/Set button: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#AvailableServices This will just set your account to renew for the 6 month option when your next renewal comes due. Since you are not changing the package level it will not impact anything else.
