Do I get 10 minutes delayed high quality data from CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Futures (with trading account of course) with 35 USD/month Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Futures Data Feed without paying exchange fees (15.75 USD/month)?

So what I actually get for that 35 USD/month without any exchange fees?

You will get 10 minute delayed historical data without limitations.

The only thing you do not get is streaming real-time or delayed data.

You will have the functionality of Sierra Chart Service Package 5 which does include the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service:

You will not have the Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Exchange Data Feed.

Is there a way to see if the data on my chart is real-time or delayed? I'd like to visualize this like with a * sign behind the symbol or something similar but could not find anything in the help documentation on this.

No, you can only tell just by looking at the time for the last bar at the top of the chart.
