Missing Horizontal Lines

Hello, this post is just to let you know what I'm experiencing... I draw horizontal lines on 2min chart. I duplicate chart (through command in chart menu). I set bar period to 30m by writing 30m when the chart window is active. Some of the horizontal lines are missing on the 30m chart. Not a big issue since I just draw them there but I wanted to let you know. Regards |

Do you see them listed in Tools >>Manage Chart Drawings Window on the duplicated chart?

Yes, I see them there. Some of them added 28-Feb. I didn't do anything else while duplicating charts but the 3 steps described above. Just to make sure... not all the horizontal lines are missing; just few of them. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-03-04 11:05:15

Provide us a Chartbook containing a single chart with horizontal lines that you do not see and we will see what the problem is. Hello, attached you can find the chartbook plus a simply study used in 2min chart so that you can see there is nothing referring to lines. In 30min chart you can see there are missing horizontal lines e.g. from 28-feb at 1862.5, 1860.5 |

Please understand that we cannot sort through all of the tremendous complexity of what you are providing us in the attached Chartbook and the Spreadsheet. We need a very simple Chartbook consisting of a single chart and one or two horizontal lines and nothing more. In any case, that Chartbook contained no horizontal lines at all. It did contain lots of other drawings. We definitely do not believe there is any problem here. There must be some other explanation for what is going on.
