Go to File >> Data/Trade Service Settings in the Sub-Instance that is having the problem and change the Server Port to 11098 and the Historical Data Server Port to 11099.

Then select OK to close that window.

Then select File >> Disconnect.

Then select File >> Connect to Data Feed.

The instance of Sierra Chart that you are using as the server listening to port 48001, needs to be running.
