Current Day Intraday Data Problem with OEC

Hi:

At the end of last week, an error started with my OEC data feed. When opening a Chart, the file will not download any historical data for the current day. All previous days' data downloads fine. Real-time updating works fine.

- I updated to version 1100, but that has not helped.
- I confirmed my OEC account has Sierra Chart enabled as a third party software package
- I updated the Data/Trade Setup for FIX/FAST configuration
- I deleted all data and re-downloaded it, no current day showed up
- I deleted back to Friday 2/28 and re-downloaded, no current day showed up
- There are no error messages in my Log.

Any ideas?
The below log is for my YM chart, but it is the same across all symbols I opened.

This seems to be broken again. I updated to 1107, but that did not fix it.

We just had to reset the connection to OEC on our backend.

I am sorry to hear about your issues with OEC disconnectivity, hopefully they've been correct by now. I am a broker with Infinity Futures and understand the frustration customers can face. It's a shame, because Sierra is such an excellent charting package.
