One way to do this is to use the Volume at Price Threshold Alert V2 study. Refer to the following:
Volume at Price Threshold Alert V2: Highlight Multiple Adjacent Bid or Ask Dominant Prices (Stacked Imbalance)

You will then need to also set the Input for Enable Zero Bid Ask Compares to Yes

And then make sure the option for Zero Value Compare Action is set how you want.

John, how can I exclude to draw a line at high/low for a zero print? I just want to highlight a zero bid/ask within my numbers bar.

How are you getting the line at high/low for a zero print? There is no option within the Numbers Bars that draws a line, so I do not know what to tell you as I am confused as to how you are getting this.

Just set the option for Draw Extension Lines to None.

I want to keep the lines inside the NB, just exclude the ones at the high/low.
