Hello, i used Sierra Chart and Rithmic Datafeed from AMP before. But now i pay Sierra Chart licence and Denali Datafeed on the Sierra Chart website. How can i connect my AMP Account with my Sierra Chart Account. I already set up the "Sierra Chart-Denali-CQG (No Data-Order Routing only)" Service on my AMP account. Thank you.

Are you going to be using Rithmic or CQG for your Order Routing with AMP? For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

No i only use Denali Feed from Sierra Chart, and the Routing Service from AMP Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-03-10 17:57:07

We need to know which Routing Service from AMP you are using. You stated that you used Rithmic at one time and their form now has CQG on it. So we need to know which one is the one you are actually using. If you are unsure, then check with AMP. I deactivated Rithmic and CGQ, because i thought i can use the Denali datafeed easily. Why do i need a Order Routing Service from Rithmic or CQG? Its only possible to pick the "Sierra Chart-Denali-CQG (No Data-Order Routing only)" Service on AMP.

Denali is just data. It is not a trading service. Therefore, if you are wanting to make trades and use AMP as your broker, then they have to be setting you up with either the Rithmic or the CQG trading service. If the only option is "Sierra Chart - Denali - CQG" then you are being setup with CQG. Have you received credentials for a CQG account from AMP? If so, then just follow the steps outlined in this link: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions If you have not received the information, then contact AMP and ask for the information. Once you get it, follow the same instruction above. When you then open a Chartbook, you will want to select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to ensure that the symbols in the charts are updated to the CQG symbols.
