Having issues connecting to data feed with CQG

Hi, I have an account with AMP, its funded as instructed by you to get access to the CME live data. I also updated my account with Sierra to enable Denali data feed, signed the agreements and activated the service and exchanges and then followed instructions to connect my CQG Login info to Sierra charts but it does not seem to be working, please advise? as I am going round in circles and just want to get this setup

When connecting via the CQG Web API I am getting the message
'requested symbol was not found'.

Is there any issue or have I missed something?

Looks like it's working now, I believe I just had to wait for the exchange agreements to be approved, both are approved now and it appears that I have real time data.
