Hi,

I'm using the volume by price study on my hourly charts which I set to display multiple profiles on a weekly base.
The study shows all weekly profiles very well however it also shows the current week profile, which as the week has not ended is incomplete and messes my chart.
Is there a way to exclude or hide the last profile in view IF the full period (in this instance 1 week) has not been completed ?

Attached a chart example in which you can see a week volume profile is drawn from last Monday until now Wednesday, when I would like to have only complete Monday to Friday profiles (based on 1 week - 5 days not 3 days)

Can this be achieved ?

There really is not way to do what you are asking for. The one "sort of" method would be to use the Number of Periods Back to Reference and set this to 1. This will then not show the current period, but then the previous period is displayed in the current period, which may not be what you want. Refer to the information here:
Volume By Price Study: Number Of Periods Back To Reference

Hi, yes that setting does the trick but by displaying the prev period in the current period is confusing indeed, so I can't use it.
Would be nice to have it, especially at beginning of the week when the weekly profile looks similar to the daily profile which just adds wrong levels to the chart by displaying incomplete periods.
Thank you
