Bid-Ask Volume Coloring in Volume by Price Studies won't work...

I've tried just about everything to make it work but I can't get the bid-ask volume to color differently. I have set the colors differently and chose to make them visible. I have selected Separate Bid/Ask Volume Coloring. I have modified the Global data settings to tick, I have tried both IQFeed and IB, I have selected ignore and disabled Point of Control and Highlight the Value area. What am I missing?

You need Bid volume and Ask volume data for this to work.
