My trading account is with AMP AMP seems to be charging me $31.00 for "08-MAR-21 08-MAR-21 FEB21 Per CQG CME Non Pro Level 2 Bu 01 USD 31.00 DR TOTAL 01 USD 31.00 DR" Plus I am paying Sierra Chart $31.20 for "Denali Data Feed Exchange Fee" Do I really need to pay two Exchange Fees? Thanks, Curtis |

I have just received exactly the same charge, and I followed your instructions changing from TT order routing after the problems last month, to CQG order routing only with AMP and keeping Denali data, and now this additional charge. I was lead to believe by both AMP and Sierra that there was no additional data cost switching the order routing to this recommended option. |

AMP charges in Arrears whereas we charge up-front. You will see that the charge is noted as being "FEB21", so that is the charge for the month of February. You would have then been charged by us in early March for data for the month of March. If you think there is still an issue given the above, then let us know. Thanks John, Help me get this straight: I need to pay "Denali Data Feed Exchange Fee" -Monthly- Which I assume is for " CME Non Pro Level 2" Plus: I need to pay CQG Exchange fee too - Monthly - which I assume is for " CME Non Pro Level 2" That means I have to pay CME for Denali data feed and also pay CME for CQG connection. Two CME Exchange Fees - Is that correct? |

You will be paying it twice in March, but only because of how each company bills. AMP bills you for the past month at the beginning of the month. We charge for the upcoming month at the beginning of the month. Therefore, this month you will make the payment to AMP for February. And you will make the payment to us for March. It is only due to this change in when the billing occurs that it feels like it is double billed. But it is not. I figured out what happen from AMP. When we got cut off TT and had to switch to CQG, AMP said I ordered Market Data on Feb 18th Then on Feb 23 it was switch to "order routing only" so I had data for a few days and CME wants their money. I won't be charged again from CQG so everything is OK. Thanks again John |
