My broker is AMP and I currently use the free charts with CQG. If I add SP10 and cancel my CQG, will my total costs be $36/month or will I have to pay a monthly exchange fee of $10.40 on top of the $36?

Yes you do have to pay 36 USD per month before discount if you pay for multiple months, and then there is the exchange fee in addition to that.

So it is cheaper to go with SP3 and continue getting my data from CQG? The CQG data is $11 with no additional $10.40 exchange fee.
