I understand AMP will no longer be supplying/paying SC and that I have to pay for SC directly. however i am very confused.
My questions are:

1) Do I pay SC directly through the SC Login credentials AMP originally provided me, or do I use my SC personal account that I use for a different broker and use it with AMP? How do I set this up with AMP since i'm not suppose to contact them?

2) Am I able to use the same SC account for different brokers?

My apologies but i really didn't understand your posts so i may have a few follow up questions after these. thank you

1. Pick one of the accounts and just continue to use it going forward. It really does not matter which one, unless you have funds in one account and not the other, in which case use the account that has the funds in it. In any case, if there is something we need to change/move around for you between your accounts, we can take care of that.

2. Yes, you will be able to use the same account for different brokers. This is one of the reasons we are making this change, so we no longer have to deal with certain versions that only work for certain services with certain brokers, etc. This way, all Sierra Chart accounts are opened up and work for all services that we support.

There may be an issue with the CQG data to two different installations. We do not know. You would need to ask your broker about this.

We can say that with the Denali Exchange Data Feed, it is not a problem to get the data to the two different installations on the same computer.

CQG only allows 1 simultaneous data connection per CQG account. You will need two separate CQG accounts if you want them connected at the same time. Look in "Data/Trade Service Settings" in Sierra Chart.
You only need to fund 1 Sierra account as they allow 2 simultaneous systems.
For example, I'm with AMP also. 1 Sierra Chart account, in each separate Sierra instance I have a different CQG account in "Data/Trade Service Settings"
This allows me to try different strategies simultaneously, long & short for example.

I use a 2nd instance with AMP because of what i run in the 2nd instance. It keeps my trading instance quick in the 1st instance. I won't be using both brokers at the same time for now so that will not be an issue.

Think I have one last question. Both my accounts are CQG and I'm not currently using Denali. So all I will really need to do is decide which Sierra Chart account to use correct? And I do have funds on both accounts so how do i go about having you swap money from one account to the other?

Correct, you just need to determine which Sierra Chart account you want to use.

Once you have that figured out, post to the Account Support Tickets asking us to transfer the money from one account to the other. Be sure you give the information for both accounts.
