Change in SC account billing

Hi,

First and foremost, excuse me if this is not the correct channel, but I received the following message:

I have been mostly following what has been happening and unfortunate wasn't able to unsubscribe from SC AMP in time during end of February. ( and just kept it going with fear of paying full month of march on everything and using 0 days of it )

I am sending this message to say that I am planing on the last 5 days of this month to unsubscribe from SC AMP and move everything to my own SC account, which I already have couple of years of paying history ( I am the user of the SC account "" ).

So would it be ok? To then in April consolidate both my fxcm/lmax account already in "" and add this AMP futures account to "" and just use that ?

I hope that what I am pretending to do looks good to SC and has your approval.

What you are proposing will work just fine.

Just so you are aware, the Sierra Chart account that was associated with AMP has usage time through April 10, 2021. After that, the account will automatically expire since you do not have any funds in it.

You can then just use your other account for everything going forward.

Note that you will probably want to have 2 installations of Sierra Chart (if you do not already), one for Futures trading with AMP and the other for LMAX. Refer to the following:

Yes, no issue, I already did this when I was starting out my first years of using SC and LMAX+FXCM.
Btw, is FXCM discontinued or is it still supported ?

What is currently the way to pay for SC for an European with Euros ? any news on this since one year ago ?

You can pay in euros through PayPal, and we are working on another euro payment option in the next couple of months.

Btw, is FXCM discontinued or is it still supported ?
For trading it should be considered discontinued.
