Hello, i was just charged today by AMP for the month of march and I do not have access to the platfrom see statement below. March 1st was my charge for use last month which is my normal cycle. and i received a second charge this month today (8th) for what im assuming is March access.

We need you to immediately contact AMP and have them remove that charge for Sierra Chart from your account. That is not a valid charge and they should never have done that.

For now your Sierra Chart account is active.

AMP canceled Sierra Chart on February 26 for your account. They should never have billed you for March.
