                Hello Amp Support Because of the new policies that have been activated between AMP Brokage and sierra charts I have been informed to contact your support to activate the CQG so I can continue to trade, I recently purchased 6 months of Sierra Package 5 Advanced and tried logging in however I continue to receive a connection error message that my username/password is incorrect however this is the same password and login I use to login to Sierra Chart webpage. As that my package should support the CQG please advise how to proceed.  |

                You posted this to the Sierra Chart Support Board, not the AMP board. You will have a Username/Password for CQG that is different from the Sierra Chart Username/Password. You will enter the Username/Password for CQG on the Data/Trade Service Settings Window. Refer to the Setup Instructions for CQG here: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions If you have not received your CQG Username/Password, then you definitely need to contact AMP to get those.
