Transact user- unable to connect sim

Hi,
Just updated to the latest version and when I log in it says it doesn't recognize my Transact user name or password. I am wondering if is because I have this account and Transact linked with the same email.
The only way I could log in would to reset my password w the same password everytime I log in.
