[User Discussion] - Duplicating a footprint chart

I have created a footprint chart. When I duplicate it for another product or change the synbol, the scaling comes in wrong, so I adjust it. But for some reason, a candlestick covers up the numbers, when my original Footprint chart didnt do that.

How do I fix that ?

This may or may not be your issue but I've seen weird issues like this caused by study overlays possibly as they are referring to a chart with a different symbol or which no longer exist (eg. in a different chartbook). HTH

Is there a fix ? I also cant get rid of a candle that seems to be coming up in the footprint. Can it be removed ?

Thank you.

One of the popular ways to use the Numbers Bars charts in Sierra Chart is to use the Study/Price Overlay with them and overlay the Chart Bars onto the Numbers Bars. Then, you go to Chart >> Graphics Settings - Chart, deselect the option for Use Global Graphics Settings Instead of these Settings and then modify the Candlestick Bars to make them thin by changing the Candlestick Width % on the Other tab.

In my case it was simply deleting and recreating the offending Study overlays, although I've just tried to reproduce it and unfortunately cannot to confirm.

Thank you.
I was able to shrink the candlesticks, and I will play around with trying to remove. This will work for now.

Appreciate the help.
