Hello,

I am running Sierra Chart on Mac throughout Parallels, but there is several problem at each upgrade. By the past I solved them but it took me a lot of time, and now I have a problem with the loading of the data history. When I open the platform it loads the live data, but as soon as I close it it doesn't load anything from that moment on. This has a definite impact on all my indicators which are based either on time or volume and prevents me from trading.

So for all of that I decided to change my trading platform because I can't trade in these conditions. Would it therefore be possible to reimburse me for the remaining months from the beginning of April to the end of my 1 year subscription ?

Looking forward to hear from you.

We are curious as to what the symbol(s) are for which you are having this problem. You are setup to receive Real-Time data for EUREX from us, in which case you should not have any issues with historical data.

But, if these are other symbols, particularly from the CME Group, then you are probably getting that data from CQG and they have limited historical data available.

If you really just want a refund, then we can take care of that for you. Just please post again in the Account Support Ticket you started and verify that you want a refund of your usage time and any funds credited back to your card.

Hello,

Sorry for the late reply. I can confirm that these are the EUREX symbols : F.US.DB (FGBL) / F.US.DSX (EUROSTOXX 50) / F.US.FDXM (MINI DAX)

For example :

- 05.03.2021 : the historical data stop at 15:30:00
- 08.03.2021 : the data started to load at 08:30:00
- 12.03.2021 : the historical data stop at 19:00:00
- 14.03.2021 : It is sunday and the Market Profile loaded one period of 30 min at 01:00:00 am ??

I made some screenshots.

From what we are seeing, it looks like you are not be getting the EUREX data from us. In particular, in the screenshot at 18.50.26, we are not seeing an [M] after the symbol name in the Chart Header.

Therefore, our first guess is that the option for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is not set to Yes. Please check this and if it is set to No, as we think then change it to Yes by clicking on it.

Once it is changed to Yes, then select [/b]File >> Disconnect[/b] followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed.

Then go to each EUREX chart and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. You only need to do this once per symbol, not for every chart.

That should resolve the issues.

When analyzing missing data you need to do this on a standard chart only:
Chart Data and Chart Data Files: Locating Missing Data in Charts

It is very hard to understand this, from a TPO Profile chart.

If there is missing data, refer to:
Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Missing or Incomplete Intraday Chart Data

We are quite sure that once you start using the Denali Exchange Data Feed your historical data issues will be solved. Your problems have been with CQG data.
