In attempt to pay directly to SC from AMP broker from month of March, I activated incorrect SC package and activated SC 5 as well. Please have someone in accounting to straighten my payment to SC. I have to go over the detail of my payments and activate to the correct ones. Thanks,

It starts from Friday 3/5. my initial account balance was $100.00 AMP data still didn't seem right, I decided to pay directly to SC package. So on Friday on SC platform, I activated SC 5 monthly for $36, activated Denali Exchange datafeed $32. Then I was going to activate the Denali data feed of $20. It wouldn't let me. Today, 3/7, I paid to my account $100 more. Then happened to SC 10 for 3 months. IT WAS INCORRECT!! because now I should've activated the SC 11 (Advance (SC5) + denali data feed). It was wrong combination of activation of SC package I wanted. WHAT I LIKE TO DO WITH SC DIRECT PAYMENT (doing away from AMP from March) I would like to activate the package SC 11 for three months & Denali Exchange Data feed for $32 for month of March. Please straighten this payments and activation for my account. Thank you in advance!

Thank you for your reply. So I'd like to clarify what I expect after you correct, My payment should be detailed below; SC 11 Advanced + Denali Data feed / 3 months : $124.20 (March, April, May) Denali Exchange - Full CME Group Non profesional: $31.20 (March) My remaining account balance: $44.60 (= $200 - 124.20 - 31.20) With your correction do you activate above for my account or do i have to activate? (whenever I click activate it prompt to charge again.) When will this correction and data take effect, ETA? Will AMP the broker no longer duplicate charge SC5,Denali data, exchange for March on? or do I have to inform AMP not to charge from March? Thank you,

You currently have the following: Usage Time Ending Date: 2021-08-01 23:59:59 UTC 147 Days Service Package: 11 Services Balance: 30.80 USD And your Exchange Fee is paid for the month of March. We changed your Package from 10 to 11, which adjusted your usage ending date. Let us know if you would like us to revert back to your service balance the last usage time purchase that you did. You are talking about the $13.80 balance left after the correction to Service package 11 (3months) and Exchange Fee for March. Please put that $13.80 back to my service balance so the correct balance after all should be $44.60. I will have to use it for April Exchange fee renewal. Thank you,

We are not sure what 13.8 USD you are referring to. You can find your payments and what you used them to here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=TransactionLog What we can do is reverse the transactions that you have made, but that would result in usage time deductions. Please refer to the above linked Transaction Log page. You have paid for 2 months at Service Package 5, which is 72 USD. The Exchange Fee for March was paid for via AMP Futures. Sierra Chart Support

Ok, at this point I will trust your calculation because you can see both SC and AMP side. Also I will trust there's no duplicate billing. In couple of days, I am going to add more funds to the service balance for upcoming monthly charge of the Denali data fee, exchange fee charge. Thank you & have good one!
