in dtc-sub instance mode errors occurred when downloading historical daily chart data

client & server version 2234
dtc protocol server used interactive brokers trading service
it seems that the symbols are not mapped correctly
dax index downloading in log:

We looked into this, and cannot reproduce the problem:

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings in all instances of Sierra Chart:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings

After that re-download the data:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

i updated the symbol settings (dtc server and client ) according to the instructions and then removed all the files (*.dly and *.scid) in the dtc client data folder after i reopened the sub-instance and got the error message log : https://pastebin.com/9BvLxF1z

could it be related to the wine (https://github.com/Kron4ek/wine-portable-executable) ? I am configuring vbox(win 10) to see if this problem can be reproduced

i copied the dtc client and server dir to the win10 on vbox (https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/tools/vms/) and got the same error
i clicked the send log on the dtc client under win10
but i opened the link https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=MessageLogs and it's blank, i'm not sure if it was sent successfully
after use a new installation of sierrachart and only open the eurex cht file, i don’t see any error in the log

updated:
i seem to have found the problem
if disable "files to open on startup" option, reopen sierrachart and wait until the log shows "symbol settings are up-to-date for interactive_brokers.trading"
errors will not happen, it just created a lot of empty *.dly files under the data folder
