I am receiving a message in Sierra Chart which reads:

“Your Sierra Chart account has a trading account for the SC Order Routing service and your Sierra Chart services balance is below 5 USD. To continue to have access to the service to pay for order fills, you need to add additional credit to your account.”

AMP bills me for order routing and not Sierra. Is there a problem with my account or can I continue to trade?

I don’t want a situation where I am having orders rejected because of billing issues between Sierra and AMP.

Thank you

I have just received the below from AMP

AMP | Daniel (AMP Global (USA))

SC datafeed you must know subscribe directly to SC. Order routing will be thru CQG thru Amp.
-------

Sierra, both you and AMP are now claiming billing for order routing. I'm not paying both of you so until you and AMP resolve this I'm stuck and can't trade.

We have removed the trading account. Disregard that message. It was never relevant at this point in time because it is for TT based order routing which you are not using.
