Hi. I trade with AMP Futures, and use the CQG Web api order routing service, with Sierra Chart. When I opened Sierra Chart today, I received the following pop-up message, "Your Sierra Chart account has a trading account for the SC Order Routing service and your Sierra Chart services balance is below 5 USD. To continue to have access to the service to pay for order fills, you need to add additional credit to your account. You will need to make a payment of 26 USD." I was using the SC Order Routing service until a couple of weeks ago when they started having trouble with TT Trading Technologies. AMP Futures has already debited money from my trading account on March 1, 2021 for Sierra Chart charting service. Do I still owe Sierra Chart additional money to use Sierra Chart charting service with CQG Web api? Thank you. Richard Cardenas. AC106646

No, you do not owe us any money related to the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service. You can safely ignore that message.
