Help no data after move to SC all data

Thi morning I have no data nymore till yestreday I wass yet on SC order touting getting data today the platform told me to chage the server so I moved to Sc all data service and I do not get any data I can't trade plese help.I'm on sevice package11

Got the data after a lot of closing connection and disconnection but not able to see and select the server settings anymore. And filter on the MBO does not work it's fixed to default all levels please help in the last 7 days I spent more time on support than on trading.

Solved all the config I had with Sc rounting server were cancelled so the flag to Use custom setting was not flagged. Remain open the issue that I canot see or manage he primary server or the backup server.
