Hello,
I have two questions for you please.
I was traveling and my services expire- I am getting errors when I try and reactivate data and I think I am doing it wrong (still new to SC)

Also I switched to CQG with the link you guys had emailed me but never got a password emailed to me and there is no button to reset it so I can't log in.

I am somewhat confused if I need CQG and Denali? or if I am double paying. Any help would be very much appreciated!

Your account looks all setup now, so yo should not be having any issues there.

The switch to CQG was done by your broker. If you have not received a password for the CQG account, then you need to contact your broker about that.

You would need to ask your broker as to whether they have set you up with data from CQG or not. We recommend using the Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data, so you would need to let your broker know that you would not want the CQG data.
