[Programming Help] - Delayed Data for Professional

I am subscribed to the professional level data for CME. Am I able to get delayed data for the other exchanges? I pulled up a chart of CL and it only has data up to 2/22. I tried doing the the steps outlined in the other threads to access delayed data and there were still no changes. Best, Joe
