HELP connecting my AMP account to Sierra Charts so I can trade

I'm making switch to Sierra Charts and have already signed up for the Denali Exchange Data Feed, but nothing has happened since I summited my change data request for Sierra Chart - Denali - CQG (No Data-Order Routing Only) via the form at AMP, but nothing has happened. I called AMP this morning and they said I now have to contact Sierra Charts to set this up. Can you help? I've cancelled my Rithmic account and now I can't trade until this is resolved. Thanks, Sierra Chart - Denali - CQG (No Data-Order Routing Only) Package 5 - $25 per month charged to my AMP Account

We see that you have setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed. It looks like you just need to go through the instructions to get your Sierra Chart setup with CQG.
