Hi

I'm lost on your pricing as I couldn't see Level 2 offered on any of your listed feeds for US stocks.

Please would you advise if/how I can obtain Level 2 data for individual US stocks.

Presumably this functionality is not included in the demo period?

Thank you
Jack

The U.S. Equities data feed we provide does not have Level 2 data. We ae working on a new implementation that should be ready later this year that will include this data.

If you need Level 2 data within Sierra Chart right away, then you would need to get that data from Interactive Brokers. Refer to the information here:

Hi Thanks for your reply. I'd like to start using Number Bars.

Does the demo account give all the Package 5 functionality of numbers bars.
(some Youtube configuration videos seem to have increased functionality over the demo version.)

I would like to run Number bars for stocks and Indices.
After I commit to the $36/m Advanced Package I will not want any Denali data.
How do I then get the Level 1 Market Data that I will need for the Numbers Bars for
U.S. Equities (NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX) at $10.50 p.m.
please.

Thanks
Jack

The trial has all the functionality that is available in Sierra Chart (equivalent to Package 5). If there is a video showing additional functionality, then that would most likely be from a 3rd party study.

So you should not have any trouble using the Numbers Bars at this time.

You can use our Data Feed which includes the Level 1 data and gives you the Ask/Bid information for the trades that is necessary for the Numbers Bars. The total cost will be the following:
- Package 5: $36.00
- Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: $25.00
- U.S. Equities Exchange: $10.50

Total: $71.50 USD per month

Refer to the information for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed here:

Hi John, that seems very clear, thank you very much.

Unfortunately your web site is not so clear and is doing everything it can to get me to take the Denali feed (for CME group).
Somewhere else I found I may then benefit from a $10 discount on other services suggesting the Denali CME feed is "free" as the discount should then let me take the $25 feed for $15.

(I'm planning to get the CME Data I want from Jigsaw (but Sierra is better for L1 stocks)
so I don't really need to duplicate CME in Sierra
but if Denali is "free" I'll like to take it please as I am intending to use Sierra for Numbers Bars.)

I'm also currently under the impression if I don't take the Denali feed NOW I can't add CME later if I change my mind.
so do I ignore all the Denali distractions and just take the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for $25?
or is the better option to take the Denali feed now, as it's effectively free and gives me more flexibility?

Thank you very much,
Jack

The Denali Exchange Data Feed is not free. It has a cost of $10 for the data feed itself. This comes in via the change to Package 10, 11, or 12.

In your case, if you just want the U.S. Equities from us, then ignore the Denali Data Feed items and just activate the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and then the U.S. Equities exchange within it. You will keep your service package at Package 5.

Keep in mind that to get the data from Jigsaw into Sierra Chart, it would need to be CQG data and you would need to connect your Sierra Chart to your CQG account using the following instructions:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

Also, be aware that there may be issues accessing the data from multiple locations at the same time. This would be something you would need to ask Jigsaw about.

OK Thanks.

However in thread 57125 you wrote
"Credit to account when using both Denali and Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feeds: -$10.00"

so (+10 -10) was how I got to "free"

So is that applicable in my case please
Can I take Package 11 instead of Package 5 (+$10)
and then add Sierra Data Feed for $15 not $25 (-$10)
(Same Total $61 in either case except I now have two feeds not one)

and then add my Market Data subscriptions to $61.

Thanks, Jack

We are no longer offering the $10.00 refund when using both data feeds. We removed that when we reduced the overall price of the Denali Data Feed Fee to $10.00 (from $20.00).

You are certainly welcome to use both data feeds, it will just be $71.00 plus exchange fees.

Hello,
Is Level 2 US Equity Data Ready?
If not, do you have a solution to get level 2?
Sincerely,
Mika

Is Level 2 US Equity Data Ready?

No, it is not ready yet. Updates will be made in the following thread, so look for information here:
Upcoming Data Feed Plans 2, New Exchange

If not, do you have a solution to get level 2?

Nothing different from what we already had. You can get the data from Interactive Brokers or from IQ Feed.
