Sierra Chart says I'm connected to TTFix

Because of the TTFix & AMP fiasco, last week on Monday I changed my ROUTING ONLY to CQG from TTFix. I'm still on Denali data feed, with advanced SC package.

Today, I successfully requested from AMP that they not bill me for Denali or the advanced SC package so that I can deal directly with Sierra Chart for billing and setting data feeds myself etc. I also verified with AMP that they are going to continue billing me for the CQG routing directly from my AMP account, and they confirmed this was the case.

Today, after looking at my Sierra Chart account and wanting to add data packages, I see the attached message, which indicates I need to update my account balances so that I can "continue to have access to the service to pay for order fills..."

Since I am using CQG routing, not TTFix, it appears to me that my account is incorrectly set within Sierra Chart, even though I can confirm I am routing my orders to CQG within Sierra chart. Perhaps this is a billing glitch or something, or SC simply does not have the infrastructure in place given the recent events. Regardless, I want to be sure I am not paying for TTFix order routing fills. Please see attached for both screens from within my Sierra Chart Control Panel.

Sierra Chart has resolved this. The TTFix was removed, and this is now not generating messages in both the User Control Panel, and upon loading of Sierra Chart trading software. I can now fund the account fully knowing it won't erroneously fund a non-existent TTFix routing (and for anyone recognizing the stating of "nonexistent TTFix" on the account seems internally contradictory, think about the fact that clients cannot be 100% sure how a commission and routing fee is generated in such cases; I now know SC would use the actual routing...I would have assumed, but I like to dot my I's and cross my T's). Thank you
