I used to receive a discount on data as I am using both the denali exchange data feed and the other one that you offer. This used to show up as a rebate in the recurring services section when I log in. The discount is not showing up anymore. Has this been changed or is it still running? Please clarify. Thanks.

This is no longer in place, as we have reduced the price of the Denali Exchange Data Feed by $10.00 when you are using Package 10, 11, or 12, which will be required soon when you are using the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Therefore, you should make the switch to Package 10 when you have a chance, and let us know when this is done so we can credit you for the Denali Exchange Data Feed fee that you have already paid. I see. My license is still valid till June, I have paid for up until then. I just switched to package 10 (6 month option) even though there were not enough funds to do so it still let me? When will I be charged for the license renewal? Will this be June still? |

a) where does the credit for denali show up? b) does this mean I lose a month? Since my previous license was supposed to end at the start of June? and package 10 now starts beginning of may? I know you are busy and apologize, it's just a bit confusing. |

When you switch packages, it just recalculates the amount of time available to you. Switching to a higher-priced package will reduce the number of days (which is what occurred in this case) and vice versa. Package 10 is now your package. It does not start in May, it is the package you are now using and will renew in May.
