Hello, sierre has not correctly recorded my account data for some time. No matter how much I redo each time, my address and my country are not registered. In addition I would like to take the new eurex but I cannot even activate the uniform market data subscriber agreement because I see it is written but I cannot click on the link. pls tell me how to fix this problem.

We do not know why your Profile Information would not update. We have updated your country to Switzerland for you.

Please try to select the Agreements again on this page. Let us know if you have any trouble selecting them. Make sure you fill out the Uniform Subscriber Agreement first, then do the EUREX Non-Professional Certification:

Thanks, I see you put Switzerland. Can you change my address too? It's "avenue du gray 16" thank you. and I understood that I have to complete the link "EUREX Uniform Subscriber Agreement", but I cannot click on the link. its marks it to me in bold and it does not work please send me a direct link because from my sierra I cannot complete it.

Your address is showing correctly, so there was nothing for us to update there.

We have sent you an email with links to the agreements. You should also be able to get to them from these links and then signing into the Sierra Chart website if you are not already logged in (use the same Account Name and Password as you use for the software):

Thank you very much for your answer. Thanks to the link you sent me I was able to activate the uniform agreement. Before that on my account I saw that it was there but I could not click on the link which allowed me to activate it. now everything is good. thanks again
