Confusion with account and data

I have an account with AMP but I can not figure out which account I need to log in with or which accounts I even have. The account that was deposited with a check I cashed does not show the funds in my account. Additionally I am not sure how to activate data, AMP is saying I need to talk to you guys. This issue has been going on for weeks.

We do see another account associated with the same email, but that account was on a Trial which ended on May 26, 2020 and the account has no funds in it.

Therefore, the correct account to login with is the one from which you posted to this thread.

In terms of data, you are setup with the Denali Exchange Data Feed and everything looks correctly setup, so you should be getting Real-Time data for the CME Group symbols.
