Hello, I use amp and I've been told to move to CGQ therefore I am not connecting using sierra chart order routing anymore, I guess instead of paying for the order routing and service package 5 I should just be using service package 11? You should move to Package 11, but it does not have anything to do with being on CQG or Sierra Chart Order Routing. Package 11 includes the Denali Exchange Data Feed Fee, so then you just have the separate exchange fees to deal with. It is a more streamlined pricing setup.

Hello, I've tried because in fact is $10 less expensive than buying them separately but the interface didn't let me buy it, I first disabled denali, than tried to move to package 11 and instead the interface shifted itself to service package 5 and renew that one instead. Can you please move me to package 11? Kind regards Carlo. |
