Faulty billing - charges incorrect

I usually pay:

Service package 3 - Standard = $26
Denali datafeed = $20
Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts = $3.25
Total = $49.25

I changed my services to:

Service package 10 - Standard + Denali = $36
Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts = $3.25
Total = $39.25

I have paid this morning by credit card:

1st payment $36
2nd payment $23
Total account balance should be $59

Based on my current service activations I should have a credit balance of $19.75. Instead it is telling me I have to make another payment of $36.

I am also getting the following message on my "Activate Services" page:
"The Denali Exchange Data Feed has been canceled on your account due to Insufficient balance to activate service. Current balance for account is 0.25 USD. Make Payment For 19.75 USD"

Please correct this.

I got the "denali is cancelled" message yesterday evening, made a payment, I'm getting delayed data today. Paypal shows that I made the payment.
