I am trying to activate services however I have no access to re activate the monthly data feed normally I have the button to say activate appear

hi, i will join this with my question too... i pay for sierra chart and denali + CME through AMP, i want eurex too, i am unable to activate eurex on my SC account. AMP told me 'contact sierra chart guys". Can you help? thanks

Regarding post # 1, we have disabled the Denali data feed billing through AMP. Although you will be billed for AMP for 20 USD for March 2021 for the Denali data feed. But the exchange fee you now need to pay for.
