Your Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed was not renewed on March 1, 2021 as you did not have enough funds in your account to renew the data feed. Please add funds to your account here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit And then you can reactivate the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and Exchange(s) from here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=RecurringServices#RecentlyDeactivatedRecurringServices Note that you do NOT need to reactivate the EUREX exchange, as that is now provided through the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Hi, Denali has charged me for the data feed on Mar 1 and service package on Feb 27. When I reactivate HSI, system keeps prompting for data feed payment. I am a bit confused. Can you please advise? |

You require two different data feeds. One is the Denali Exchange Data Feed, from which you are receiving the CME Group data. The other is the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, from which you would get the Hong Kong Futures Exchange. You need to reactivate the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and then the exchange within it to get things setup again.
