Erroneous position in SIM

I open my SC this evening and it shows a long position but Trade Activity Log shows all orders closed. I flatten the position and then Trade Activity shows I am short. I delete the position in Trade Activity log and then the open position shows back on the chart. Now when I do put in a position it shows that the erroneous trade has been completed and shows a big loss instead of a gain. How do I clear this permanently?

Thanks

We think there is a problem regarding inconsistency with the Order Fills Start Date-Time. Refer to:

All of the settings for each chart are the same and I only have Chart Trading activated for 1 chart.

We need to know how precisely you come to this conclusion:

We need screenshots precisely showing what you are referring to.

When I flatten the position the position on the chart disappears but it shows a short position in the trades tab under Trade Activity Log. If I delete that trade in Trade Activity then the chart trade window position pops back up with a long position.

You need to make sure the Trade Activity Log and the chart are both using the very same Start Date-Time for the fills. Refer to:

I couldn’t figure out how to find the chart fill time so I just deleted all the fills. Then I entered a new position and noticed the Trade Activity showed 2 fills instead of one. Is that what the linked documentation is saying about the very first trade in the Trade Activity Log? So pretty much ignore the first entry? I deleted the first entry and the chart trade position box came back on the chart.
