im with trade pro and i just switched to advanced 46 dollars a month and i activated cme with historical depth market info and when im on my sierra charts there is no movement since feb 26 and i cant download historical data and also my symbol chart rollover is not downloading

In your case the Denali Exchange Data Feed is set to be paid for through your broker AMP. So you need to ask them to activate the exchange that you require.
