@SC:
I purchased an annual service pack 5 with a usage expiration date of September 17, 2021, and I now find that my service pack 5 usage date has been shortened to an expiration date of August 3, 2021. What has happened, has the service contract between us been changed? I have no objection to Sierra's renewal of the service, but the change should have been made after the completion of the contract between us. This is only fair and reasonable.

This is because you are using the Denali Exchange Data Feed and that is now only included with our new service packages 10 and 11. So you no longer separately pay for the Denali data feed at 20 USD per month. These packages are documented here:
Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages

You should really stay on package 11 because you are getting a very good value.

If you do not want to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you can change back to the prior package you had. But just ask us to do the package change for you so we can make sure it is done correctly.

No, this is not right, now no matter what I choose, I can't use the software, even to look at the delayed data. According to then website instructions, using delayed data is not required to use Denali Exchange

We do not understand what you mean.

We have set your account back to package 5 as it was previously. Refer to:
Important Notice: Price Standardization Plan Effective March 1, 2021 | Denali Data Feed | Post: 254292

If you want to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed it is 20 USD per month at this time when using package 5. You need to add additional credit to your account to pay for that and the exchange fee you are using.:

Let us know when that is done and we will reactivate the Denali Data Feed for you.
