AMP user: Sierra/Denali switch from TT to CQG routing - help is needed

Hi, I'm/was Sierra/Denali TT-FIX user. since Sierra/Denali-TT FIX is no longer supported by AMP, I've been advised to switch to Sierra/Denali-CQG(order routing only). Switched successfully yesterday, no prob. Was about to start using it, but got message today from Sierra that Account Notes/Actions Required: - Notice: The Denali Exchange Data Feed and any activated exchanges are set to renew at 2021-03-01 UTC. - Notice: You have no exchanges active on the Denali Exchange Data Feed service. All my payments were handled by AMP previously, hence the question. What should I do now ? Was under impression that this was all part of the setup change. I'm expecting CME,CBOT,COMEX,NYMEX. Kindly advised. note: I'm/was active on those exchanges and all payments were handled by AMP. Sieerawas paid every month fom my AMP account. Thank you Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-02-26 20:01:10

I've checked --> everything worked fine ( Slower of course, but will survive till Sierra has its own CME direct order routing connection). New--> CXL --> went fine. All data flows in - oK. I'm and was active on CME,CBOT,NYMEX,COMEX and expected it to be that way. Thought it's still being handled by AMP and Sierra will continue getting payments from my AMP account. Not sure why I keep getting that msg from Sierra. thank you. |

Managed to get through to AMP support. Was advised that AMP back office is working with Sierra to sort this one out and Sierra will be getting payments directly from AMP as used to. Kindly correct if my understanding is/was not right. thank you. note: and AMP confirmed they will support Sierra's direct CME order routing. So, please do let us know once it's available. Thx again. |

Your account is setup to be paid through AMP, including the data feed. That message was a mistake on our part. Just ignore it if it comes up again. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
