Hi, I am at AMP and I have choosen Sierra Chart 5, denali feed and CQQ for Order routing. However, I am on your page now, and I dont know if I need to activate data feeds? I think I only need to sign the exchange agreement otherwise I would be billied twice for data ?

We see that you have activated the Denali Exchange Data Feed. In this case, you would want to make sure that AMP knows that you do not want the data from CQG.

Thank you John, yes AMP knows I am only using CQG for orders routing. The Denali feed should be charged via AMP, right? Thats at least what I have signed at AMP. The same applies for Package 5 of Sierra chart. Right? |

You are set to pay for your Sierra Chart software Package through AMP, but the Denali Exchange Data Feed is set to be paid through us. If you want to change that, then let AMP know. Also, note that the Denali Exchange Data Feed has been set to NOT renew on March 1, 2021. If you want to continue to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed then you will want to make sure you reactivate it on March 1. Thank you for the quick answer. At least what I know is that I have agreed with AMP to pay via my Account at AMP. Thats why I think that I dont need to activate the denali via Sierra homepage as AMP activates it for me? Can this be the case? |

Right now, the only Sierra Chart charges that you pay to AMP for is the Sierra Chart software package. The Denali Data Feed is NOT paid through AMP at this time. That is paid directly to us. Therefore, if you want to continue to get data after February 28, you will need to reactivate the exchanges you have, or wait until March 1, to activate any new ones (remember, you are charged for the full amount of the exchange in the month it is activated, regardless of how much time is left in the month). ok thank you for the clarificication. So I need to transfer funds to my sierra account to be able to meet the charges or contact AMP to be billied via AMP directly, is this correct?
