I am just wondering if I sign up for premium services will I be able to get real time data for equities/stocks on a tpo (market profile) chart.

The Package Level does not determine whether you get Real-Time data or not. To get Real-Time data for the U.S. Equities, you would need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and enable the U.S. Equities exchange.
